A Complete training program
The Idea Harbor team worked with a national telecommunications provider to create, rollout, and execute a new vision in support of rolling out new development standards and targets. This national program took a holistic approach to creating the courses and materials required. With the help of our marketing, people, and operations teams we crafted an experience that included internal marketing, new dashboards, and supporting podcasts. Each attendee received a box of materials that included a syllabus, custom course materials, dedicated one-pagers, and even a program t-shirt.
