Global financial organization

A global financial organization had a mandate to migrate to a cloud-based code repository. We developed a migration roadmap and set of requirements for the automation framework to accommodate a variety of repository and application types to migrate over 16,000 projects. We developed a set of pipelines using that accommodated the pre-flight, dry run, rollback, and migration processes. We created a dashboard to track and report the progress of, and audit the status of, the migrations across business units. All migrations occurred on time.
